How to purchase

When you place an order with Perfumeza, you enter into a purchase agreement with Vivadelux ApS, Håndværkervej 24F,9000,Aalborg, Denmark.

When shopping at Perfumeza.com, you can choose between two pricing options: Normal Price and Member Price.

To access Member Prices, you’ll first select our exclusive membership plan before proceeding to checkout:

  • Premium Membership – €19.95/month

Membership unlocks significant savings on your order. New customers are offered a 7-day free trial to experience the benefits with no upfront commitment.

Once your membership is selected and activated, you can continue shopping and enjoy Member Prices across the site.

Already a member? Simply log in to your account to access your member benefits instantly.

If you’ve previously been a Perfumeza member, your membership will be reactivated at the same tier you originally paid for—no need to select it again.

Order cancellations

If you have made an order and wish to cancel it, log onto Perfumeza.com with your email and password. Then, click on “My Orders," in the menu tab located at top right corner of the page. Click on the info button to the right of the order that you wish to cancel and then on “Cancel Order.” It is only possible to cancel an order if our warehouse has not yet begun processing it.

Payment

All payments are completed via Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shopify as payment gateways or PayPal. On Perfumeza.com  you can pay using VISA, VISA Debit, VISA Electron, MasterCard or Maestro. All payments and card charges are factored into product pricing and regulated therein by Vivadelux ApS. Payment can only be made using a credit card. Payment is deducted from your account upon order dispatch from Perfumeza.com or upon commencement of your membership. You will not be deducted for an amount in excess of that which approved upon completion of your purchase.

All prices are shown inclusive of VAT and are current market prices. When you shop on Perfumeza.com all agreements are made in your local language.

Returning products

When you shop at Perfumeza.com, you have an 14-day right of cancellation, during which you can notify us that you regret the purchase and thus return the item to us. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us in an unequivocal statement within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

The right of cancellation runs from the day after you have received the goods. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the next business day.

You lose your right of cancellation if;

• You break the seal on goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons. For example, health food products, cosmetics, perfumes, skincare products, etc.

• The term "seal" also includes special packaging that protects the goods and serves as a guarantee that the goods have not been opened

The condition of the item when you return it:

You will then receive instructions regarding the return.

You must include your order confirmation or a note with your name, order number and email address in your return parcel.When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packed securely. You bear the risk of the parcel/goods until we receive it. Therefore, please save the postal receipt and track and trace number.

If a parcel is returned due to refusal of receipt or failure to pick it up in the parcel shop, it is your responsibility to contact us, as we are not automatically informed of this.

In these cases, we charge a return fee of EURO 10,95, which is deducted from the amount to be refunded.

If the value of the package is less than the return fee, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation policies and return of products

Perfumeza.com offers a cancellation policy of 14 days. This period is valid from the day you receive delivery of your purchased goods.

If you wish to return one or more items, please contact us within 14 days via the contact form in the upper right corner. In your inquiry, you must attach photos of the goods you wish to return and state your order number.

It is not possible for you to cancel your order by refusing to accept delivery, unless you have given a clear articulation of your decision to cancel via our contact form.

In the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for returns due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the right to cancel ceases if the goods become unsealed after delivery.

Refund of purchase

The refund of your return will be processed once we have received the image of the goods and the track and trace number of the return parcel. The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method that you paid with at the time of purchase. For example, if you paid with a debit card, the amount will be reversed to the payment card you used at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are only refunded for complaints (defective goods) and only if the complaint is approved and the product is returned using our return label.

Note: The item must be in unbroken packaging and returned in the same condition as when received, and it must be in such a condition that we can easily sell the item as new. If the item has lost value because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature of the item, you can only get a partial refund. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item. If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back.

Both factual and price information is provided subject to proofreading errors, incorrectly stated description and technical specifications. We endeavor to provide as accurate information as possible on Perfumeza.com but in the event of problems, we do not accept responsibility for any errors, costs or losses caused by incorrect information on the page or by incorrect use.

All our products are ordered directly from the largest suppliers with a guarantee for authenticity in the EU.

Your right to complain

Vivadelux ApS offers the standard legal complaints procedure, applicable for 24 months after delivery. This means that you can get your product repaired, exchanged, get your money back or receive a price reduction, depending on the situation in question. Your complaint must be valid, meaning that any faults cannot be the result of incorrect use of the product or destructive behaviour. Note that for products with a limited lifespan, your right to complain is limited accordingly.

How quickly should I file a complaint?

Contact us as soon as you notice a mistake or missing parts on and for a product that has been purchased on Perfumeza.com. This should happen as soon as possible or within a reasonable time period from the moment you notice that there is something wrong with your product. File your complaint via our contact form, after which we will address the issue in question. Complaints are considered timely if they are filed within two months after product faults have been detected.
