This Order and Payment Policy outlines how orders are processed, the payment methods accepted, and related procedures for purchases made through Perfumeza.com. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

Orders placed on Perfumeza.com are typically processed within 0 to 1 business day. Order processing occurs exclusively on business days, which are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Upon successful placement of an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email. Once the order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email including tracking information will be sent.

2. Shipping Scope

At this time, Perfumeza.com ships exclusively to addresses located within Europe. Orders submitted for delivery outside of Europe will not be fulfilled and may be subject to cancellation.

3. Payment Methods

Perfumeza.com accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Apple Pay
  • PayPal

Buy Now, Pay Later services are not supported at this time. All transactions must be completed in full at the time of checkout.

4. Currency

All prices displayed on Perfumeza.com are stated in Euro (€). All transactions will be processed in Euro, and any currency conversion fees imposed by the customer’s payment provider are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Taxes and Duties

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes. No additional VAT or sales tax will be applied at checkout. As Perfumeza.com currently operates within the European Union only, no customs duties or import fees are applicable to customers within the EU.

6. Order Cancellation and Modifications

Customers may cancel or modify their order prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Customers who wish to return an item after it has been shipped must do so in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy, and will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

All cancellation and change requests must be submitted within operating hours and prior to shipment.

7. Payment Security

Perfumeza.com employs industry-standard security protocols to protect customer information. All payments are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and through PCI DSS compliant payment gateways. Customer payment data is handled securely and is not stored on our servers.

8. Guest Checkout

Customers have the option to complete purchases using guest checkout. Creating an account is not required in order to place an order on Perfumeza.com.

9. Membership Pricing and Enrollment

Perfumeza.com offers exclusive member pricing, which is available only to customers with an active membership.

Customers must have or acquire a membership to complete a purchase at member prices. If a customer does not currently have an active membership, a membership subscription will be automatically added to their order during checkout.

The membership includes a 7-day free trial period, after which the subscription is billed at €19.95 per month. By completing checkout, customers agree to enroll in the membership program and accept recurring monthly billing following the trial period until the subscription is cancelled.

Membership terms, including cancellation policies, will be provided at sign-up and should be reviewed carefully.
