This Shipping Policy governs the delivery of products purchased from Perfumeza.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Destinations

Perfumeza currently offers shipping services to all countries within Europe. We do not ship outside of this region at this time.

2. Shipping Methods and Charges

All orders are shipped using standard delivery via trusted carriers Postnord and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.

We offer Standard and Premium delivery.

Standard delivery (for none members) : 9.95
Premium Delivery (for members): €4.95

Please note that customs fees or import duties may still apply, depending on your country’s regulations.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 0 to 1 business day following receipt of your order. Processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes between 1 to 3 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.

While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, external factors such as customs clearance or carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery schedules.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and instructions on how to monitor the shipment’s progress.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the customer and are subject to the regulations of the destination country. Perfumeza has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged due to carrier error, please notify Perfumeza as soon as possible. We will initiate a claim with the shipping provider and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process and resolve such claims.

8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If a package is returned to Perfumeza due to an invalid or incorrect shipping address, the customer will be charged a restocking fee of €10.95 to cover return shipping and handling costs.

Customers will also be responsible for any reshipping fees to have the order resent.

To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
