Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made through Perfumeza. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging and tags.
- Returns requested beyond the 14-day period will not be accepted, unless the product is confirmed to be defective.
- Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact Perfumeza within the 14-day return window.
Returns must be shipped to the provided return address at the customer’s own expense unless the item is defective.
3. Return Shipping
- For returns due to a change of heart, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- For returns due to defective or incorrect items, customers must contact Perfumeza immediately. If confirmed, further instructions will be provided.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Customers will be notified once their refund has been processed.
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect.
5. Exchanges
- Perfumeza accepts exchanges within the 14-day return period, subject to the same eligibility conditions.
- Customers must contact Perfumeza before sending any item for exchange.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return and exchange.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify Perfumeza immediately upon receipt.
- Items will be reviewed upon return.
- If confirmed to be faulty, a full refund or replacement will be offered at no cost to the customer.
